Hidden Field Add unique id to value not working

Hi

I am trying to get my form to include a unique number in the emails my form generates, however regardless of what options I do or do not select when creating the hidden field, no value is displayed in either my emails or entered in the database.

Has anyone experienced this and have a fix, your help would be very much appreciated.
