Manual CKForm installation.

Hi Everyone,

This form creator looks very good but I’ve got some problems with my FTP server settings that I cannot change, so I cannot install the CKForms automatically from Joomla backend. I have manually installed module and plugin but I’m not sure how to manually install the component. If anybody can help I would really appreciate it!
