Postby johanvos » Wed Sep 02, 2009 7:27 am

I am having trouble with uploading files. Form on its own works fine.
keeps sitting on "index.php?option=com_ckforms&view=ckforms&task=send&id=1"

Hi,

I fixed some bugs in the new release. Try it to see if the problem exists again.
Don't forget to backup your CKForms data (see manual) before uninstall the previous release.

Thanks

Sorry for the delay. The site is running on a Apple G5 - clean install 10.5, joomla1.5.14, php 5.3.0-3, mysql 5.1.37, ck forms 1.3.0.
I tested the setup on local network and it works fine.
When I put it on dedicated adsl line, linked to domain name is when I started having problems.
I have disabled the mailback option, and seems to have success with Firefox.
Is there any way to have a progress bar ? , or is that under future requests ;)
Have a look at http://www.jupiterfootage.co.za
I have checked that the upload directory is writable, and edited the php.ini file to allow bigger uploads.

My feeling is that it is timing out on slow connections.
