I am using the latest version of CKForms and like it above any other I've tried. It's easy. This is the first problem I've encountered. The following is what I get on "Result" page after submitting form. I have elected to have copy of results sent to remitter.

I did a backup of the previous forms before uninstalling previous version and installing latest version, following instructions in manual. Please help. I can follow basic/clear instructions but not too hi-tech. Thanks!
