Problem inserting form in article

I just built a website on my server and moved it over to the customers server. On my server I inserted a form in an article and it worked great. On the transferred server it does not work and all I get is {ckform contact} in the article. I spent about 2 days making sure everything matches.

Everything else transferred over without any issues. Any ideas where to look?
