Hello everybody. I have a problem. I installed CK Forms on your website. But when choosing type and choose Select type many different options. But when I insert it into the message apart fontend it appear as the listbox. Please help me configure the type listbox style choice elements

Even if someone wants to help you, no one can. Your description is not understandable.
Knowing it is sometimes pretty hard to express your problem in english you should try to make your problem readable for any one else.
Try to explain it in different words so anyone will understand what your problem is.

This is the image that I capture the configuration at the back end. I want to show the listbox but the outside as it does not display as you like. please help me

It does not make sense for selecting a payment method to allow multiple selection. If you take away the multiple selection then you have just the listbox and it is not possible to select more then one payment method.
