Can I import data?

I have created a form based on a current form that is normally filled in by hand. My client has normally captured this information into an Excel spreadsheet. Is there any way I can now import that data into CK Forms so that the data doesn't need to be recaptured all over again?

The only way I see to do that is with phpMyAdmin

Thanks, it took me some while but eventually managed to get it done. Pity that CK Forms doesn't have an import function as well as the export one.
