is it possible to remove header and footer?

Hi Folks

I just switched from breezing forms and I really like the ease of use and look of ck forms,

However the site I am building is for a professional design company and the designer is super pixel picky

She does not want me to use ck forms unless we can remove the header and footer.



is there a simple way to remove these to lines from my forms?

I hope this is not to insulting to the creators of ck forms.

The footer is very easy: Create a form and go to the advanced tab. Disable footer (powered by).
The header normally reads the title you give.

I should have realized the header was the actual module name,
