CK Forms saved data on the Front End of Joomla?

Hi,
If I go to back end of Joomla and go to CK Form component and click on the link "Display Data" I can see the data which are saved in the database.

What I don't understand is:
What doese it mean to publish or unpublich a data?
Is it possible to see the data in Frontend of Joomla?
