Adding label to captcha

Postby ivy62798 » Mon Dec 07, 2009 7:37 pm

Is there a way to

1) Add a label to the captcha
2) Put captcha input box and image on separate lines

Thank you. The extension works wonderfully.

Hi,

Yes, but you'll need to know some PHP, HTML and CSS.

The main file is securimage.php which is located in the components\com_ckforms\captcha of your joomla installation. The .php file is pretty well documented so you should have no trouble making the changes you need.

The captcha is actually a third party script which is integrated into ckForms. The names and contact information for the authors of the script can be found at the top of the securimage.php file so they should actually be your first line of support.

I'm not a ckForm author or a Captcha script author but if you describe in more detail what you want I may be provide some assistance.

Regards,
Allan.
