I had been problem with these versions.. Component Build 5 and plugin version 3...
{ckform XXXX} doesn't work to insert forms into articles...
The message error is FORM not found... but the name or title is correct .. i'd tried a lot of options...
Can you support me ??

I found the solution... the name of my form was Fale Conosco ... i changed to only fale ... done...
