Form not displayed and no error Message

I am using ck forms for a while and for it`s the best solution, I wanted to install it on a friends website to. Installation worked well. The only problem is, if you create a new form, it is saved in the database, but not displayed in the forms list. When I create a new button for the form, I can choose the form name I created.

Could you tell me what I could do to make it work ?

I can save the Formular now and it is in the formlist after I used another database (version5). But when I create a menu button to the form I get an error message. I tried to de- and re-install but still get an error message.

Any idea, what to do?
