file download link is nonworking

Hi,

First of all, thanks for great component for Joomla.
I downloaded it and got working in 2-3 hrs - till ready form and submitted test data.
Actually, I am not a programmer, still, it was quite easy.
Such a nice app.

Though, I have some difficulties with files attached and uploaded via Frontpage and public form's interface.

Links to files are broken and I can not download them back.

I have such link:

What is wrong?
May be you could give some tips?
