Tabs in CKForms Edit screen do not display data

After successful installation of CKForms, when using CKForms Edit, the only the General Tab shows data. The other Tabs do not display. Also, the rollover with (?) adjacent to the "Name" field does not popup the help text.

- what version of ckforms installed and what build
- what version of Joomla!
- what type of server

Joomla version 1.5.14
Server is Linux

Well, in this case I do have no idea what is stopping ckforms to show correctly - make sure to have the latest build.
Maybe pedrino imagines more. Sorry.

Hi,

did you use the official template of Joomla or a custom one.
The problem seems to be a javascript problem.

I have done some more investigation on my problem. Appears to be a problem with Internet Explorer 7 settings. CKForms works on my laptop when accessing the server. I have compared the IE7 Internet Options setting on my laptop to the settings on my desktop to make them the same. I have changed various settings in the Internet Options screens having to do with scripting but no success. I did get the mouseover help button popup next to the Text field to display but the Tabs still don't work when accessing the server.

Did some more investigation. Apparently, I have a javascript problem related to my IE8 Internet Options settings. CKForms works on my other desktop and laptop computers. I turned on script debugging and get the following error:

I have checked and rechecked my browser Internet Options settings with no success. Still appears that there is a javascript problem. Also, tried using Firefox browser and had the same problem. Can anybody help?

You were able to access ckForms from another computer, therefore you've confirmed that ckForms is not the problem. You've also confirmed that it is a computer specific issue and not a browser issue.

The error output seems to point to a template issue. Try using one of joomla's default templates.
