I'm facing 2 problems with CK forms.
I'm using the latest version (build 5).
1. Although I have chosen that the sumbitter gets a confirmation email, they receive nothing.
2. The other thing is that I'm using CKforms to give online quizzes for my classes.
But many students once they submit, they get an error that says that you can not submit the form more than once.

Although, they clicked only once.
I checked the database, and their submissions where not received.
Some get this error, some don't. Those who get it have to do the quiz all over again :S
Any help will be appreciated.
