Select box values disable after geting form values into mail

Hi,
First of all thanks for a good component.

I have a problem during working on this. I have a form with some textboxes like username,phone number and some other fields like selectboxes. i need to get the name from the form into the mail which should go to the person who had filled the form.This i had solved by viewing the below forum link
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=38&start=0

After making certain changes i got the form username value into mail but i was not able to see the select box values.
