Call to undefined function iconv() Error

When I go to "display data" and then choose "export" and open the file, I get this message:

<b>Fatal error</b>:  Call to undefined function iconv() in <b>/home/site/public_html/joomla/administrator/components/com_ckforms/controllers/ckdata.php</b> on line <b>89</b><br />

Any idea what is the reason, and how to solved it?

I'm using the latest version.

you have to get the » libiconv PHP library installed in your system.
