[SOLVED] Strange code

Postby twisterking » Wed Oct 14, 2009 3:36 pm

I have updated to the newest version (1.3.3), and restored a backup of a form. I'm working on a test site, want to make sure that everything is good before I update my live-site.

Everything looks to be okay, but when I post I get to the 'Thank you' screen, and there's a lot of 'rubbish' in the page. It looks like this:

Problem with ( insert into #__ckforms_1(F1,F2,F3,F4,F5,F6,F7,F8,F9,created,ipaddress,published) values('data','data','data','data','data','data','data','','','data','data',1))Unknown column 'F1' in 'field list' SQL=insert into yhvd_ckforms_1(F1,F2,F3,F4,F5,F6,F7,F8,F9,created,ipaddress,published) values('data','data','data','data','data','data','data','','','data','data',1)

Where data are the values posted by the form.

It looks like the form is functioning like it should, data is emailed to me and is stored in the database.

What am I doing wrong?

Update: Just did a test, and made a brand new form.

This works like it should. I only have problems with a form that is restored from a backup.

Ok,

could you do a backup (see manual) ans send me by e-mail ().
Then I could fix it faster.

Thanks

Figured out it has something to do with the reserved names in Mysql...

In versions previous to 1.3.3 all data columns in the Mysql-database were named the same as the 'name' field. In version 1.3.3. this has changed, and all fields are named F1, F2, F3 etc. When you restore a backup made in a pre 1.3.3 version to a 1.3.3 form the column names are not renamed to F1, F2 etc.

I renamed them in the database, and now the message is gone and the form is functioning like it should.

I think more users will encounter this problem when upgrading to version 1.3.3.

... nice that you work on a new patch to fix it.

I've the same error-message since upgrade. Another new problem is the captcha. If users insert wrong code, the form shows a empty page.

Thanks for help!
